Terms
Businesses – 15 days net, 10% per month finance charge
Individuals – Due upon receipt
Advance payment for hardware/software over $500.00
$75/hour
Hours outside 8am to 5pm are billed at time and a half rates
Weekends at double time rates, Holidays at triple time rates
Start and finish – From and to TLCmagic office door
One hour minimum on trips, Half hour minimum at office
Half hour increments
Customer employee must be on premises
Phone support -- Start 2 minutes into phone call
Parts at wholesale plus 25%, plus installation
Computers -- $1000.00 -- $2000.00 -- $3000.00
$1000.00 for a Basic Website/Weblog
$500.00 for a One-day Webware Workshop
$30.00/month for each website
$30.00/year for each domain name after first
